ARTICLE IV
BOARD OF DIRECTORS Section 1. The affairs of the Corporation shall be managed by its Board of Directors. Section 2. The management of the association shall be vested in the Board of
Directors which shall consist of the elected officers of the Association and members appointed by the officers so elected in the manner hereinafter provided said appointed members of the Board of Directors shall be
assigned titles and responsibilities by the President with the approval of the elected officers. The President shall serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Section 3A. The Board of Directors shall
consist of the following positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer, Purchasing Agent, Publicity Director, Ways and Means Chairman, Field and Maintenance chairman, Registrar, In-House
Coordinators, Referee Chairman, Director of Coaching and Player Development, Special Events Coordinator, Tournamane Coordinator, and Members at Large. Section 3B. The Board shall be increased as needed as
