NAME, PURPOSE AND REGISTERED OFFICE

Section 1. The name of this organization is the Pleasant Hills Soccer Association. The purpose of this Corporation is to Benefit Pleasant Hills and surrounding communities by instructing and educating the youth of those communities in the sport of soccer and to provide the youth with an opportunity to participate in an organized soccer program The registered office of the Corporation shall be P.O. 10012, Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania, 15236.
