Crows and Cranes Game
Crows and Cranes is taken from Tom Fleck and Ron Quinn's, Guide to Great Soccer Drills, p. 103, #96. Divide the players into two teams. You will not need pennies or playing vests since the players will be changing teams as the game progresses. Create two lines with cones space about 10 yards apart in the middle of the space. Have the players face each other from outside the lines and place all balls in a middle line spaced evenly between the cones.
One side of the cones is designated the Crows and the other side is the Cranes. The coach starts each play of the game by calling out either Crows or Cranes. The team whose name is called must run directly toward the balls in order to attempt to kit the players of the other team. The team that is not call will turn and run toward the end line of the playing field in order to attempt not to be hit.
If a player is hit with the ball, that player joins the
other team. A new session of the game is then set up and played. The
game continues until all players become members of the same team.

Gladiator Game
Gladiator is taken from Tom Fleck and Ron Quinn's, Guide to
Great Soccer Drills, p. 106, #99. Select two teams and have the players
put on their playing vest to help see the team members. Each player is to
have a ball at their feet. The field is set up as it is with the Dutch
Four Goal Game. To start the game, have all the player on their team's side of
the field.

Upon the coach's command to start, each team attempts to
score as many goals as possible in one minute. If a ball goes out of bounds or
into the goals, this ball is out of play. Players are encouraged to pass
to team mates to score or maintain possession of the ball. Players are
also encouraged to attempt to steal balls from the other team, gain possession
in an attempt to score. The team with the most goals after one minute of
player is designed the winner. Set up the game for a restart of
play.
Cone Knock Down Game
Cone Knock Down is taken from Joe Luxbacher's, Soccer
Practice Games, p70, #61. This is a small sided game played on a regular size
playing field with two end zones and tall cones placed within these zones.
Divide the players into teams of four or five with playing vest to designate the
members of the teams

Players on a team try to knock over the opponent's cones by
shooting or passing from the outside the end safety zones. The ball may be
played out of the safety end zones, but cones cannot be knocked over from within
this area. You may play this game for a fixed amount of time or until all
the cones of one team are knocked over.
